It beginning to look like Fall here in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains...
leaves are changing color and you can tell cooler weather is on its way.
Can it really be the summer went by so quickly? Seems like a blink in time.
As I talk with people in my new area, staying well and feeling healthy is a major issue.
Many people here do not have any sort of health insurance so they rely on herbs to keep them strong.
They grow their own and even make their own tinctures. How wonderful!
After I moved into NC, I found myself taking a couple of weeks to
adjust to the difference in climate and foliage.
I used De-Congest and Eucalyptus daily, ending up taking three teaspoons

It may be that there are several causes of cancer, but if this information proves to be correct, it's pretty wonderful information.
Diane B. from Provo, UT gave me this information:
Her sister lives in Tennessee and has reported that they are experiencing an unusual
pnenomia in her area. The symptoms of this pneumonia are pain in the
lungs with a high fever, but no coughing. Several people have died
because the illness moves quickly through the lungs and they did
not feel the illness was serious enough to have it checked.
Best to always keep the immune system strong.
(Bronchitis EZE and Virus A-Way is wonderful for this type of situation.)
Additionally, Diane just attended a seminar with Dr. Susan Puls, who is the pandemic advisor for Mormon Church. Dr. Puls said the Avian Flu is at a level 3 currently, but we will, in her opinion, see it advance to level 6, which is human to human. She reported the virus is already transferring human to human, but it is still very difficult to do. Dr. Puls also stated that between 40-60% of the population will become infected with this flu, and of that percentage, it is estimated that 60% will die.
A reminder, if your immune system is strong, you can with stand almost anything. I remind myself every day that I am healthy and strong and I intend to stay that way.
