A Few Of My Favorite Things!

As I sit in my office and write this newsletter, I'm aware that I am surrounded by amazingly beautiful wild life...... and some tame life, too. At least 6 different species of birds are exchanging morning hellos at their cobalt blue feeder in my back yard. Red Birds(cardinals), 3 doves, meadow larks, robins, finches,chickadees, and others. The hummingbirds twitter and flutter, darting anxiously around their seperate feeder near by back porch swing. The goldfish in my little pond come up to the waters surface hoping to find something to nibble. My cats, "Yum Yum" and "Do Dah" are bathing themselves in streaks of sun light that come in from the glass door.  Mattie dreams a dog dream on her bed, eyes twitching and nose moving around to catch the next new smell. She'll wake up soon to go outside with me while I water the vegetable garden. She might even bark at something, but that's about as excited as Mattie gets these days. She's all about relaxing and enjoying her old age dog life.

All is well. It's just another beautiful morning at my house and I'm very grateful for it.

WHAT? Do I have blinders on about the FDA closing in on our rights to openly buy herbs and essential oils? Of course not. I have chosen not to focus on the FDA. I am not going to give my attention to the FDA. I've decided to continue to encourage you to be prepared, by educating you, and encouraging you not to live in fear of anything or anyone. If you are prepared emotionally and physically, why should you worry? Worrying about something causes it to grow, to expand. I will not stress myself over the FDA.

Signing the petition was fine, if that's what you felt you should do. But don't believe that this agenda that was planned many years ago is going to come to a hault because of our signatures. The object of the FDA, which by the way was founded by a homeopathic doctor, is not in our favor. If you do not want to be controlled, then choose to be a free person. Begin today. Freedom comes from within.

I don't think it is by accident that essential oils, when stored properly, last for years and years. I don't think it is by accident that we have had them available for over twenty years now in the US. Plenty of time to learn about how to store them for future use. But, don't stop with essential oils. Grow your own herbs like my friend Margaret does. Learn to make your own tinctures. You don't have to rely on others to do what you can do for yourself. God has provided a way for us to stay well in a variety of natural, inexpensive ways. We have the earth and her bounty. Grow your own veggies. Grow your own figs. Support small, local farmers. Grow your own wheat grass in your kitchen and juice it. It's awesome for you. Learn to sprout seeds. Learn how to save garden seeds from one year to the next. Never stop learning and growing and developing yourself. Don't depend on the other guy to do for you what you can do for yourself!

Don't let anger stay as a pattern of your life. Do not be anxious or fearful. Panic brings more panic. Know your course, get steady and stay steady.

From the emails I've been receiving, I understand some of your peace and quite has also been interrupted by sneezing, coughing, watering eyes, and stuffy noses. It is time for allergies in many parts of the country although the worst is over for us here in the South. At least until Fall.

There is also a flu that is making a path across our Southern states heading West. People have been in bed for over a week with the symptoms. This flu brings with it body aches and pains, extreme lung congestion, and coughing. I had a touch of it myself, but by using the essential oils and drinking lots of lemon water and liquid chlorophyl, I seem to have escaped the worst of it. I felt ill for two days, headaches and being tired, but was able to keep on working. I'm grateful for my strong immune system.

I always say much of my health is due to the time I spend bottling essential oils in my pouring room. I believe inhaling essential oils has kept me healthy for years. Thank You for helping me stay so healthy by ordering those oils. Without you it would not have happened.
