Private Labeling for Your Oil Bottles

Yesterday, I asked one of my Voice Remapping clients what she thought love was. 

She sort of smiled and said, "I think it is showing people you care by doing kind things for them. But, most important, it is telling them that you care. I didn't have that as a child."  My client is now 65 years old and has a lot of emotional confusion because she was never outwardly told she was loved by her parents. Her parents, perhaps, did the best they could, but didn't know how to feel or express that particular emotion and so could not offer it to their daughter. 

It's really important to let people know how we feel. To be honest with people is a gift of Love.  Especially when words are said in a compassionate way. Sometimes speaking this way is difficult if there are unpleasant emotions attached to a particular person or event. I understand.  Our chest gets all tied up in knots and our head wants to tell us how to protect ourselves from....whatever. It can get confusing and complicated if we dwell on it too long or try to figure it all out perfectly.

Let me tell you the history of the oil synergy that is on sale this month Heart to Heart. It started out five years ago with the name Oil of Gladness. It was a syngery that seemed to release forgotten or pent up emotions and allowed people to feel joy and happiness. Rose Otto and Jasmine, which this oil blend contains, seemed to have a synergistic effect in combination with all of the other oils that was extremely positive.

Eventually, I discovered, this magical blend did even more.  It seemed to assist people in connecting their head and their heart so that they worked more as one. People reported back to me that there was not a constant battle going on between those voices in the head and the authentic person that was listening quietly in the heart region of their body. I renamed the oil, Head to Heart for a period of time. I thought that was a more appropriate name for the action of the oils.

Shortly after changing the name, I learned that many scientists believe the heart actually containes it's own brain. It lies at the very bottom of the heart. Hence we say in the South...."I love you from the bottom of my heart" or "I mean that from the bottom of my heart." Little did we understand what we were even saying all these years, or did we?

Now, the oil has evolved into Heart to Heart. I came to understand it is not until we connect ourselves completely, head(brain) and heart(brain) that we stop struggling on all levels and allow life be good to us. It is very important to know that we are loved by our parents and others. But it is most important that we Love ourselves first and foremost. When we get to this place, we can genuinely Love people and show compassion in whatever authentic ways we can each imagine. The opportunities are endless when we connect these two facits of "us" and, begin to live our life  inwardly directed rather than outwardly directed. Now that's something!

Mix equal amounts of dry oats, applesauce, stewed prunes and store bought prune juice. Blend all of these together well.

Keep the mixture in the refrigerator and use each it continually every day until you feel it is no longer necessary.  This mixture tastes like granola.

Adults: Take 1-2 Tblsp. every morning.
Children under 12 years: 1-2 teaspoons every morning.
