We think of this time of the year as the holiday season. And...for me, it certainly is. My celebrating began with the birth of my 9th grandchild, Jack Eston in early November. Jennifer, Jack's Mom, is my youngest daughter. They live in CA with Daddy David and Sister Sophie.  All is well!

And still, there is so much more to celebrate and be grateful for. Thanksgiving was a great treat in the NC mountains with my son Alex and his family. I look forward to Hanukkah with my Jewish friends, then Christmas in Utah with some of my children and a special visit with Cecilia Salvesen. Then back to South Carolina for Kwanzaa and New Years Eve. Did I forget to mention the Winter Solstice?

I know I'll have a good time through out the holiday season. Still, I'll be really, really careful and do all the right things for me to keep my immune system strong. Already I'm thinking about that 3am drive over to Charlotte so that I can get that non-stop flight to SLC at 7am. Before my trip even begins, I'll have a sleep disruption. Then there are those 5 hours on the plane with ...well, you know. Coughing, sneezing, whatever. Then ...much colder weather, higher altitude...all changes from my normal routine and schedule. All of the combined changes could have an effect on my immune system. My job is to make sure the changes are minimal.

Stress? I don't expect much of that because my family is oddly strange. We joke a lot , are quite open in our conversations, and basically fun filled. There will be a lot of laughing. Laughter is very healthy. I recommend huge doses of it each and every day.

If you have considered personalizing your essential oils with your own logo or name, NOW is the time to move forward with that idea. Get ready for 2008 NOW! A little over one year ago, I purchased a wonderful new full color professional label printer. My printer uses a special plastic peel-off label that offers a high gloss-stain resistant finish. I began using these labels during the latter part of November and all of December 2006.  I am so happy with the results in every way...and so are those of you who have private labeled.

I have been working with a limited amount of private label customers for many years, but with the addition of this new equipment, I was able to update all of my old customers to the new, smart, professional label... and accept additional private label orders.  It's been working very well for all of us.

"Just over a month ago I was fumbling through Google looking for someone that I could get essential oils from. For about a week I searched using different words like "aromatherapy for pets" and "pure essential oils" to try and bring up a unique website. I was just about ready to give up searching when I clicked on a link to a company called Purest Products. As soon as the site opened, I felt such a warm and inviting feeling. I went back to this site a number of times before I sent my first inquiry email. Which was as follows:

I received an immediate response from the owner of Purest Products. I was very pleased but still a bit hesitant. However, a little voice told me to continue my inquiry. I continued to email and continued to receive quick responses. Then I was given a list of references. The references could say nothing but good about Toni and her company. I got this uplifting feeling and thought "this really feels right."

So...I followed my heart and now here we are on the 2nd day of November and I already have some truly amazing products that smell exactly the way I envisioned them with some incredible labels attached.

I cannot express enough how right this feels when I look at the products that we have created. It has been a long time in my professional career that I have felt this wonderful about the path that I was pursuing. It really feels amazing.
